EliThe Archangel of Creation could really have any kind of music in his soundtrack since composition is an inherently creative act. Unfortunately, this isn’t particularly helpful when building a gaming soundtrack – especially if you want a song to clue your players into what’s happening.

To me, this means that Eli’s soundtrack should be picked out by process of elimination. Any type of music would work, so figure out what you use for the other Superiors, then give Eli something different.

In Nomine canon says Eli trained Zoroaster

Possible Genres for Eli

  • Bebop
  • Dubstep
  • Reggae
  • Ska
  • Tango
  • Zoroastrian Prayer

Since each game will likely pick a different genre for Eli, I couldn’t really follow that advice for my own list. Instead I’ve put together a mix of songs about love, genesis, crafting, life, and Eli taken from several different genres.
