Seal_of_the_Dominican_OrderIn the epochs since she created them, most of the Menuim have remained loyal to Blandine. Ra’uf is one of the few who walks another path. Day after day this angel makes his way to courthouse and tribunal looking for worthy souls who need encouragement as they wind their ways through the sometimes labyrinthine ways of the law.

Ra’uf typically appears like a small, kindly, non-descript man in his late 20s. Like all Menuim, Ra’uf does not speak. He just sits quietly in the gallery giving the wrongfully accused confidence that someone believes in them.

If you go by In Nomine canon, all Menuim serve Blandine. This means that Ra’uf is inherently non-canonical. You should decide on your own if this is a deviation you’re prepared to make before including the Menuim of Judgement attunement.
