GlaiveGlaive is an old soldier in Heaven’s Army. Although she serves Lawrence now, she came up through Michael’s ranks, not Uriel’s. Her tactics are a bit antiquated, but still sound. Much like her original Superior, Glaive favors individual acts of heroism over regimented formations.

She knows her duty and she will execute it, but she has a soft spot for loose canons (read PCs) especially if they can get results.

Although she was once held significantly greater Distinction, Glaive has been gracious and understanding (if a bit bitter) about being demoted in favor of angels who have been better able to adapt with the times.

Note: while “glaive” can be used to refer to a sword, it more frequently applies to a spear with a sword-like head.

This character has a hard time keeping up with how the Corporeal realm has changed. Subtract the level of this skill from the TN of all roles involving modern technology (how modern is up to the GM).

Servitors of Janus, Jean, and Vapula also apply this penalty to their Dissonance rolls when they have violated their Superior’s dissonance condition.
