The first in the real world battered women’s shelter opened in 1970 in Chiswick, England.
The first American rape crisis center opened in the SF Bay Area in 1971.
Zadkiel (Hebrew צָדְקִיאֵל Tsadqiel, “Righteousness of God”) is the archangel of freedom, benevolence, mercy, and the Patron Angel of all who forgive, also known as Sachiel, Zedekiel, Zadakiel, Tzadkiel, and Zedekul.
Outside of In Nomine, Zadkiel is considered a Domination (or Kyriotate)
